Ys screw conveyance squeezer is used for screening disposal from townsewage treatment plant, sewage pre-treatment device in the residential zone,andmunicipal storm-rain pump station/ sewage pump station as well as waterworksand so on. It is mainly used together with such equipment as screen or dewatererand so on to transport and squeeze as well as dewater the dregs from screen ordewatered sludge.
Structure & working principle
This equipment is of shaftless screw type. When the material enters in the material-incoming hopper of conveyance squeezer, thehelicoidal blade rotates to push the material to move and slide and the material is transported into the compaction zone along U-type convey-ing chute. The dregs from the screen is squeczed and dewatered under the reverse spring pressure from squeezing pipe and dischargingdoor cover.The dewatered screening opens the pressure board forcefully and the screening falls into the trash trolley for transportation outThe squeezed water penetration flows into screen well through return pipe.
