Operational principle

When the equipment is running, the sludge enters the filter cartridge from the feeding port and is pushed towards the discharge port by the spiral shaft rotating blades. As the pitch between the spiral shaft rotating blades gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge also increases and begins to dehydrate under the pressure difference. Water flows out from the filtering gap between the fixed plate and the movable plate. At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed plate and the movable plate to clean the filtering gap and prevent blockage, The mud cake is fully dehydrated and discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the spiral shaft.
