The hyperblic structure tested by professional hydraulic computer experiment makes it applicable in mixing of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid and liquid-gas,especially for mixing insewage treatment.lt pushes the water flow, the resistance is so small due to its hyperbolic and smooth surface.Therefore, it is high-eficiency.Driven by the impeller,uniform and omnidirectional swir fow is formed at the bottom of the pool which makes the water fiow verical andswirling.At the same time, a swiring flow is generated when the liquid flows with the rotating direction of the impeller,thus achieve effctivemixing.lt takes the most advanced glass fiber reinforced plastics injection molding process. The surface is smooth,the linear and appearanceis perfect andit also has advantages of high strength and corrosion resistance.Moreover, the motor and reducer are set above the water level,and there is no wearing part under the water level. Therefore , it has characteristics of long lifespan, low energy consumption and highefficiency which is an ideal device for various liquid mixing.

1、With preset walking board
Fix the reducer on preset walking board, and then connect the impeller of mixer with the reducer
2、Without preset walking board
Preset steel base of mixer and platform, and then lift and install in the pool.

Device models

Pool shape
For circular pool with diameter less than 20m, single mixer will be available in accordancewith the above parameter. For circular pool with diameter more than 20m, multiple mixersshould be set according to stirring requirements.
For square pool with unilateral length less than 20m and length-width ratio less than 2, singlemixer will be available.For square pool with length-width ratio more than 2, two or muchmore mixers should be set in accordance with the length-width ratio.
