YZB rotary disc aerator is applicable to town sewage treatment as well as Obal Oxidation ditch process for industrial sewage biochemicaltreatment. It may oxygenate to water in oxidation ditch.
Structure and working principle
lt is a horizontal surface aerator. Two semicircular discs connected with the spindle by flange and distibuted uniformly on the spindle.There are trapezoidal circular recess pits and vents scattered on the disc suface.When the driving device drives the spindle rotate and thedisc begins to rotate, the sewage is fully agitated and mixed. Air in water increases due to the special surface of the disc, the bubble is cutuniformly, thus improve the oxygenation capacity obviously.
