Purpose

XBS rotary water decanter is widely used at various industrial wastewater treatments in municipal sewage papermaking, beer, tanning and pharmacy and so on.lt is used to decant out treated sunatant of the surface at the drainage phase. This is the key equip-ment for SBR process.

 

Structure & working principle

This equipment is of rotary type and electrical push-rod type. lt is installed in the reaction tank or sedimentation tank. The driveunit drives the push rod so that the water decanter lower down to the water level (within the specified stroke range) by certain speedwhile working and the weir is submersed under the water level. The supernatant flows from weir and it is drained out after it iscollected to the mains from water collecting branch.While stopping, the push rod lifts up the water decanter to let the wire above waterlevel.Thus, a water decanting process is completed.
