Application

OA1 wedge screen trash remover is mainly used for sundries intercepting, conveying and squeezing in the waste water treatment.

 

Structure and principle

The screen surface is consist of a series of circle gridtablet, it is installed in the channel with the angle of 35 degree,when water flow through the screen,the sundries whosediameter more than clearance will be intercepted and depositedto the screen surface, then scraper blade drived by the motor,and make the sundries to the screen frame and drop with theself-gravity,meanwhile, the motor reverse rotating, and makethe scraper blade reverse running. The slag will be conveyed tothe slag slot.
